10 And 1 Machine
It was great! The manager of the area reached out and made sure we felt comfortable with the whole situation! She was amazing. They did a great job! The only little concern was there were some scuffs on the door hinge and black marks but other than that I really appreciate the amazing customer service!

malfunctioning vacuum/spray part
This is the third unit I have purchased exactly like this and they have all worked beautifully. However, this unit has a malfunctioning vacuum/spray part. The knob just spins in a circle and stays on the maximum setting. The company has sent me a replacement part and some videos to fix the unit. I am waiting 60-90 days to receive the part, so until then our facial treatments will be lacking a few steps:(

The machine is awesome. Does the job. Love the hot towel machine that’s included. 10/10 would recommend!

amazing
works well the only thing i will point out is the steamer you have to force it down its very stiff the first day other than that its great.

Love this machine
You can’t beat the price, the machine works wonderfully, I especially love the vacuum and the High frequency!
It’s also super easy to assemble took maybe 10min.
