Return policy disclosure after purchasing and submitting a return there's fees involved .
Chair is nice and sturdy but I didn't like that it didn't swivel easily so I returned it. I contacted the company and customer service was so much easier than I expected , Megan was quick to address my concerns and everything was resolved. Customer service was fantastic and that speaks volumes about the company.

Best Quality & Price
Long lasting chair. Comfortable and easy to assemble. Holds up strong against normal wear and tear.

Obviously very popular, the chair was on back order and took a while to get but I love it!

Great Price for quality of chair. These chairs hold up. Had my old one 5yrs before needing to buy a new one
