Love the chair minus the recline lever is on the opposite side that I stand to shampoo.

This chair is BEAUTIFUL! The picture doesn't do it justice. Super easy to put together. I did it by myself. Ti love the look of the chair. However, here are two cons to this chair. One, the head rest does not stay up when a client puts their head on it. (the whole reason I bought the reclining chair) Two, when the chair is pumped up a few inches and you have to recline the back, it's so top heavy that it lifts off the floor. I can't recline the chair all the way back with a client in it because they freak out and it feels like they're going to fall over. As a styling chair - this would be a great chair. I love the quality of the chair and the hydraulic system. I don't love it as a shampoo chair/wax chair.

I'm moving to a new space so I ordered these chairs. It was free shipping which was amazing because all the other companies everyone told me to use was the same price for the chair but ridiculous shipping charge.

I put the chairs together yesterday and it was super simple. You just slide the chair into the base and attach the foot rest. Easy! Once I had them in the space, I noticed the seal on the base was damaged and reached out to the company and they sent a new one the next day. Amazing customer service!

I will say the chairs seem a bit wobbly but once someone is in the chair they seemed fine so I'm assuming it's just the initial putting together might not have been in all the way. I also love how low these chairs get! I've never had a chair sit this low. Definitely a bonus. I'm 5'6 and the chair, when all the way down, hits probably at about my hips.
