Perfect Setup!
As a new salon owner, my decision to go with the Lexus was based on the reclining feature as many of our clients suffer from neck / back problems and this would take the stress off their legs while allowing a relaxing shampoo. The bowls sit at a great height and they tilt so it's very comfortable for the stylist and the client!
Why the 4 stars instead of 5? The recliners are awesome but a little hard to close - the flap gets caught sometimes but we work it out. Also, the bowls are easy to install but in order for the bowl to be able to tilt, the drain hose has to be flexible. The hose is VERY thin and flimsy and one arrived broken however, Marilyn @ BuyRite was quick to send a replacement for us! We actually ended up using a pool hose and with some clever modification and home engineering, that is MUCH better!

Best Shampoo Chair Ever
I absolutely love my grey chair and white shampoo bowl combo. It's a great quality and every one of my clients LOVE the new chair. I'm in a salon suite so its just me using the shampoo bowl chair. I'm 5'3 and the bowl is perfect height for me. I don't have back pain from shampooing any more.

AMAZING
I love these units! I bought 4 of them for both my locations. My clients are so comfortable while sitting in them! The foot rest makes them feel so relaxed! I would keep buying from the company, great prices, awesome quality and fast shipping!

I absolutely love the shampoo back wash especially the recliner. It helps my clients to relax and allow the service to be an exceptional experience.
