Not a black bowl
This is the third lexus shampoo bowl and chair I've ordered. All three black seating and black bowls were ordered. The first two are correct. Even though the foot rests stick when trying to pull out. The Third bowl says it's black but it's not. It's more dark charcoal, that's the best I can describe it. It is noticeable. They are all comfortable.

Great shampoo system. Bought one more to add on to my salon. Saves your back from bending so far. Clients love the foot rest.

I wish it had more clear instructions
Comfortable shampoo chair. I don't know why it doesn't come with printed instructions.
I also wish the bowl was centered instead of having to re-center it.
