Sturdy, nice looking chair.
I wasn’t aware that the reclining mechanism is on the opposite side of shampooing. Makesforextratrips around-chair to recline. Also if client pulls lever it’s a little hard to reach and they also pinch finger.

Excellent Customer Service
This chair is not as heavy-duty as my old barber chair, But it has all the features that I wanted. I am happy with my purchase. Buy-Rite shipped it out quickly and though the shipping company made some major mistakes, Customer service was the best I have ever experienced in taking care of the issue. I am a forever customer and have spread the word to my fellow stylists.

Chair is beautiful, but it was lucky it wasn't damaged.
I received my chair and it is great, everything on it works perfectly for what I needed. However, when I received it, even though I had selected the option to need to sign, it had been dumped on my driveway without so much as a knock. The box had massive tears and dents in it, it looked like giants had used it for a soccer ball. Again, the chair was fine and looks great, but horrible shipping experience.
