Carlton All Purpose Chair 

This chair is not as heavy-duty as my old barber chair, But it has all the features that I wanted. I am happy with my purchase. Buy-Rite shipped it out quickly and though the shipping company made some major mistakes, Customer service was the best I have ever experienced in taking care of the issue. I am a forever customer and have spread the word to my fellow stylists.

I received my chair and it is great, everything on it works perfectly for what I needed. However, when I received it, even though I had selected the option to need to sign, it had been dumped on my driveway without so much as a knock. The box had massive tears and dents in it, it looked like giants had used it for a soccer ball. Again, the chair was fine and looks great, but horrible shipping experience.

Tends to collect hair in the crease of the seat cushion where the arm panels meet the seat panel. The rubber ring around the base doesn't stay on (but that doesn't matter to us). Otherwise it works great! It fits our larger clients comfortably, and the headrest great for facial waxing.

I bought the chair for my daughter-in-law, she moved her business to a new shop. She needed a chair to do both hair services and facial waxing. This chair works great for both. I have sat in it twice for color, cut and style and it is very comfortable. When my son is there waiting for her to finish with clients in the nail section of her room he leans the chair back puts up the head rest a goes to sleep, it is that comfortable, it is also sturdy and stable. She said it is also easy to clean, California board has strict rules and conducts surprise visits. At this time she does not have any complaints about the chair, she has used it about 2 months.

Nice heavy-duty feeling to this chair. Very firm seat, but no complaints really. Cleans up nicely and is quite roomy. I wish they would have mentioned which side the release was located on. My fault for not noticing it was on the wrong side for my situation. As of now, clients are reclining themselves. Not ideal but I'm almost ready to retire so I'm dealing with it.
