Great overall
It's a firm cushion, but with the head rest up in recline, it is very comfortable! the back height comes up to just below my husbands shoulder blades (very low in my opinion). Disclaimer, there are ZERO directions, so I had to just figure it out on my own. Very simple to put together once you figure it out. Very nice looking chair overall! Excited to use it!

Love the chair
Love the chair but after I already put it together and put it in my salon and throw away my other chair I realized there’s a crack in one of the arms and when I touch the crack a piece crumbled off so that’s a bummer but love the chair otherwise

So far so good! My clients love the new chair
So far so good! My clients love the new chair! A bit heavy for moving back and forth to my shampoo bowl, but i manage... Fits perfectly as the sink, very sturdy. The head rest tends to get stuck but i dont use it that often so i decided i dont care. Very comfy andwide

Great beautiful chair.
This chair is so comfortable. I do not have trouble with it tipping over like some reviews stated, I also do not let my clients stand on the foot rest. It’s very sturdy, easy to turn, and recline. Very pleased.
