Christina Styling Chair 

First and foremost, customer support (Megan, Beauty Co.) was exceptional. I initially ordered the wrong color (wanted espresso versus black) and subsequently ordered the wrong base (wanted square versus round). I contacted the vendor and Megan engaged with me in a very responsive, courteous, and professional manner - resolving all issues.
Secondly, when the salon chair arrived via FedEx the container (card board box) was in dismal condition. I contacted Megan and she readily responded with guidance to go ahead and unpack the item, and if anything was wrong they would quickly replace anything that may have been damaged. I did so and everything was well.
Thirdly, there are no instructions provided. Which isn't a huge issue, because everything is very straight forward. You simple need to attach the foot pedestal and tighten the base to the hydraulic pump with the hex screws already provided. Note: You need to have the hex wrench, which is not provided.
Finally, this is a very good salon chair if your looking for style and comfort. The wide sitting will accomdate your 'wide' quest and everyone else will love the ample comfort - THINK COACH VESUS FIRST CLASS.

This is a decent chair, looks awesome, and is very stylish. Fits all sizes people, only wish it had more padding on the seat because it is not the comfiest for long appts.

I love the height of the chair, I’m very short and it goes down low enough to make it comfortable. However, it’s so wide I’m still having to move in a strange way to use it.
On another note, I didn’t realize the return policy was so strict. Had I known I couldn’t return it if the size wasn’t right, I would not have purchased it without seeing one in person.

The Christina chair is a great-looking styling chair that is exactly what I was looking for. The footrest has a tendency to loosen and get wobbly but is easy to tighten and secure. Would definitely buy it again.

Love the backwash unit. The only complaint is the low seat. Be sure to bolt to the floor.
