It just doesnt like to slide down on the pin to set into place. I've bought 4 and all did that.

But they're very heavy duty. Clients loveeee them. The only other note I have is, don't pull/drag them. I went to move one, they're heavy so I just tried to pull it into place and it ripped the rubber piece on the bottom
