The chair looks nice. It did come with a little bit of cosmetic damage on the pump cover which is actually a aluminum painted plastic. I contacted the seller and I must say they have excellent customer service and offered multiple resolutions.

Great Chair
Pros: Fast Delivery / Very well made / great price / easy to assemble / Wide Chair / doesn’t have a strong odor
Cons: I wish the stepper to rise the chair stuck out a lil more, it’s hard to locate because the chair is wide / the footrest is higher than I would like it to be / the chair sits low
Otherwise, it’s a great buy, you won’t be disappointed.
