Not a black bowl

This is the third lexus shampoo bowl and chair I’ve ordered. All three black seating and black bowls were ordered. The first two are correct. Even though the foot rests stick when trying to pull out. The Third bowl says it’s black but it’s not. It’s more dark charcoal, that’s the best I can describe it. It is noticeable. They are all comfortable.

Clients constantly complement the shampoo bowl and how comfortable it is. They are surprised by the reclining feature as well. Definitely one of the best shampoo bowl units you could buy.
