I own several salon suites businesses throughout Utah, and I typically put in 15 shampoo systems in each one, so I've ordered a lot! I typically order off of Minerva and they have a good system. This one is just as high of quality as what's on Minerva if not better, and Buy-Rite doesn't charge for shipping, whereas Minerva charges like $70 per unit for their comparable model. The main downside to these units is that they are LONG. They stick out quite a ways from the wall, especially when you put the reclining legs out. If you're not too tight on space or have a good format for your wash area, I would definitely recommend this chair.
