Excellent
The chair itself is comfortable. The men love the adjustable shampoo bowl. I've gotten many compliments on how comfortable it is. The recliner is ok for men. It doesn't do much for their long legs but I'm sure it's better for women. Customer service is impeccable and they even worked with me on a damaged chair that was done by our contractors. That is super impressive and appreciated! I will continue to use their products and service.

Great Shampoo Bowl for all body types!
This bowl is amazing and accommodates all heights and weights. The only issue was the instructions were hard to understand and took a while to figure out how everything needed to be assembled.

Luna Shampoo unit is a must!
I am so happy with my new Luna Shampoo Unit! It is so comfortable for my clients of all heights and weights. With the adjustable bowl and leg support, it is a winner! And the best part for me is the height of the bowl, no more back pain from leaning over a low shampoo bowl. I highly recommend this product!
