Nice
Looks very pretty. My clients are saying it’s very comfortable. The extra headrest has taken some getting used to because it feels a little in the way while I’m rinsing the underside of heads. I find that the little padded cover for the extra headrest seems to slide off often when water gets underneath it, that’s my only reason for not 5 stars. Needed to purchase a footrest for my petite clients.

Amazing!
This is the HOLY GRAIL of shampoo units. I'm so happy I bought this for my studio everyone is madly in love with how amazingly comfortable it is!

Beautiful equipment
These shampoo chair/bowl are just beautiful! The clients love that it has a built-in neck rest. I definitely recommend it to anyone needing new bowls!!

Comfiest shampoo unit
This is my second time purchasing this unit. We now have 3 and love them. My clients always rave about the support and how it doesn't strain the neck. Highly recommend.
