They work well
Makes a popping sound when you pump it up, and squeaks when you turn the client in the chair. If you hold down the lock pedal slightly while you turn the client it doesn't squeak. When I emailed about the problems I was told it was the hydraulic settling and will eventually go away. The sounds that is. It's been a month.
Otherwise, it's sturdy. Doesn't tip easily if a client accidentally steps on the foot rim. I like that the foot rim is open for clients to put their foot in to stabilize themselves. (Especially for older clients who need to get close to the chair seat before sitting.) Side note, the Allen wrench that comes with the chair to install the foot rim is not the right size. Make sure you have Allen wrenches of your own.
The open gap between the back and the seat base makes cleaning out stray hairs much easier.

Pibbs styling chair - Great!
Our stylist are really enjoying the new chairs. They're a good quality to be priced so reasonable. They're also very comfortable and pretty. Buy Rite service is outstanding!
