Happy with my purchase!
When I ordered I was nervous as there was little to no reviews about this product and customer support was very hard to get a hold of. All in all I am satisfied with my purchase. The chair shipped in about 1.5 weeks after ordering and then I had it within 4-5 days. It came on a pallet in two boxes- one was the base and the other was the chair itself. Putting the chair together wasn't too hard to figure out- it was simply bolding the chair to the base. (There were no instructions.) The chair is adjustable- moving forward and backward but also the lean it has. The pedi bowl portion does slide out but it is just sitting in a track- it's not on wheels. However, it does not sit on the floor. I am waiting to see if it will scratch the floor. If it does, I will add a rug underneath. The pedi bowl vibrates and heats and it is rather strong. I have a previous version and the vibration and heat settings did not get nearly as strong as this one gets. To plug my pedi bowl in, I had to finagle my cord through so it reached the outlet. To turn on my pedi vibration and heat setting you have to go through the left side of the pedi bowl which is a little difficult but shouldn't be too hard to do. I haven't used my chair since I bought it but I am rather excited to try it out!
