Great chairs! Look beautiful and professional. The only problem we had was the foot bath slides a little bit. Can easily be fixed with a little creativity

The chairs look good and are pretty comfortable. The students in our program and our guests were happy to see new equipment.

One challenge with the chairs was that the assembly instructions for the power connections for the recline and vibrate functions did not match the equipment.

Also, the design does not permit storage of the Footsie Bath below the chair when it is closed.

Salesperson Marilyn was awesome. Helped and answered many questions when through this pandemic. My only complaint is that my tracking number and confirmation email didn't come. I had to call Marilyn a couple times to have the company send me my tracking number. She did her part, but all in all very happy! And shout out to FED-EX!
They helped me load it into my business which is an old house. ❤️
