One complaint is that there were no assembly instructions - it seems like it should be straightforward, but I actually had to take some pieces off to figure out why it was sitting slanted at first and noticed the base plate of the seat had been installed sideways before it came to me and the arrow was facing the wrong direction. Would have been helpful if they just had some troubleshooting tips in there saying to make sure that plate is facing the correct way. You can’t even see there’s an arrow pointing to the front if you don’t remove that plate and look underneath. Luckily once I figured that out it was fine, but it took a while.

Most customers find the chair suitable. Very large customers may be a little cramped. Not as cushy in the seat and the back doesn't come up a high as my former chair. Great for reaching longer hair without chair back getting in the way. But not as supportive for taller customers. Pros and cons considered, I decided the pros won out. Good quality materials.

I like how easy to clean they are and how low they go, however they aren’t super comfortable to sit in and don’t go up quite as high as I’d like at times. But overall do the job and are aesthetically appealing. Price is better than most.

We remodeled our closet and created a vanity section in the closet. I needed a vanity chair that would sit tall enough, had longevity and was comfortable. This fit the all the needs. My husband had no problem putting it together himself.
