Below, you’ll find very important & informative topics regarding what to expect throughout the shipping & delivery process of your order.
If your order is available from our current stock, we’ll be able to process and ship it out within 3-5 business days in most situations. For lead times regarding custom or non-stock ordered items, please refer to the product page for that item.
Keep in Mind
Lead Time for Multi-Item Orders - If you’re ordering multiple items, your shipping time-frame will be based on the longest lead time of the product group ordered. While some items may drop-ship from our partner factories to you directly sooner than the other products on your order, we’ll typically wait to ship the bulk of your order until all your items are in stock and out of production to cut down on multiple delivery fees and disruptions to your schedule.
Estimated Delivery Windows – Due to the consistent volatility of today’s freight transportation market, we are unable to guarantee exact delivery dates for our orders. We do however provide transit time estimates based on common & anticipated shipping routes utilized by our carriers. For our larger items that ship via Freight Delivery Service (see below), you’ll have the opportunity to coordinate directly with the carrier to schedule a delivery window that works best for you.

At Buy-Rite Beauty our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. We review each order individually, factoring in destination, weight and size of items.
Smaller parcels will be sent via a small parcel carrier such as USPS or UPS or on occasion through our freight partner, depending on size & weight of the total shipment. While a smaller item, like a booster seat, may ship via Standard Ground Delivery, a larger item, like a styling station would ship via Freight Delivery. For more information regarding how your specific order will be delivered, please review your order confirmation for more details.
Ground Delivery - service is used for smaller items that can be delivered using a standard delivery truck. These shipments can be delivered to residential or commercial locations.
Freight Delivery - service is used for larger/heavier products that need to be transported with more care & attention due to their fragility, size, and weight. These shipments are delivered on a much larger truck where the products are wrapped or strapped to a wooden pallet to ensure safe transit. Freight deliveries are made standard to any commercially zoned address, while freight deliveries to residential addresses or residentially zoned areas will incur additional costs.

What & When to Expect
For Smaller, Lightweight-Items
We’ll use standard ground delivery. FedEx is our preferred partner for these shipments. Your local driver will arrive on a standard-sized delivery truck to your residence or business location to bring your order to your front door or main entrance Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
Track Your Package Closely
Most standard ground deliveries do not require your signature approval for delivery - the driver will leave the package(s) at your doorstep. Therefore, it’s very important to track your package closely once you receive your shipment’s tracking information via email to ensure safe collection.

What and When to Expect
For Larger, Heavyweight-Items
If your shipment is too large or too fragile to ship via Standard Ground Service, we’ll need to use freight/LTL delivery. Freight Delivery is used for larger/heavier products that need to be transported with more care & attention due to their fragility, size, and weight. These shipments are delivered on a much larger truck where the products are wrapped, strapped, or crated on a wooden pallet to ensure safe transit.
Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, a representative from our shipping team will send over an email to the email address that you provided on the order to communicate your shipment tracking information as well as the carrier contact information. At that point, it is extremely important for you to proactively reach out directly to the freight company to schedule the best day and time for your shipment to be delivered.
Standard Curbside Freight Delivery Service
Our standard freight delivery will be curbside to your commercial address. This means your order will be unloaded right to the curb of your business or just inside the driveway of your residence. If necessary, please be sure to have help ready to transport the equipment into the building as the driver will not be able to bring the delivery inside your building or residence.A signature will be required upon receipt.
Liftgate Option
A liftgate is a piece of trucking equipment that allows cargo to be lowered to the ground level from the back of a Freight Delivery truck. This add-on service is typically $50 per shipment and is highly suggested for the safe unloading of heavy shipments and products.
Residential Deliveries
Due to a number of factors, including road weight limits, local regulations, and commercial truck restrictions, freight delivery to residentially-zoned areas will incur additional costs. We recommend delivery to commercially zoned addresses whenever possible to limit additional shipping fees. Please note that delivery inside your business is not included, so arrange any help you may need to move the equipment inside and unpack ahead of time.

Offloaded From Truck to Curb
Curbside delivery service means that your products will be offloaded by the carrier’s driver down to the curb of your business or residence. It’s vital to be aware that the carrier will not come inside your business or residence with the product shipment.
Plan for Unboxing & Loading-In
Due to the size, weight, and fragility of freight delivery shipments, it’s very important to plan for the loading and movement of the freight from the curb, into your business, and unboxing the freight delivery. Make sure to have help on-site to coincide with your scheduled delivery appointment.

What Do I Do When My Freight Delivery Arrives?

- Inspect order for damage. As soon as your shipment arrives, inspect it in its entirety for signs of damage. Do this before signing any delivery receipt. It’s vital that you take note of dings, dents, punctures or signs of tampering on the freight carrier’s delivery paperwork. This will ensure that you are able to receive swift resolutions for anything that may have been damaged during transit.
- Report damages. If you do find notable signs of damage, open the package while the driver is still there and check the item. If you do find damage, please give our shipping department a call immediately at (912) 335-4445 before taking any action.
- Take photos of the damage and make sure to note any visual damage on the delivery receipt. Due to carrier policies, be sure to contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment with clear imagery proof to notify of any other damage unnoticed at the time of delivery. If we are not notified within the 24hr window, we are unable to guarantee a resolution for any damaged items and may not be held responsible for replacement of damaged items.
- Compare delivery receipts. Compare the number of boxes in your delivery with the number of boxes on your delivery receipt. The number of boxes should always match the delivery receipt. If there is a discrepancy, please make sure to notate on the delivery paperwork.
- Request a delivery signature. You should not waive your rights to a delivery signature. If you do not inspect your delivery upon arrival, Buy-Rite Beauty will not be able to cover costs of damages.
- Sign and approve. Once you are completely satisfied that your delivery is correct and in perfect condition, sign the receipt of delivery. Once again, if part of your order is incorrect or damaged, contact our customer service or shipping team immediately upon delivery.
- Open package and check contents. If your delivery packaging appeared to be in good order and you signed the delivery receipt, open the packaging and inspect its content. Contact us within 48 hours with any issues. Keep all packaging materials for the first 30 days or until you are 100% sure that you are satisfied with everything in your order.
What If My Order Arrives Damaged?
We do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, but accidents can happen along the way. If you find any damage on any of your products, don’t worry we are here to help. Here’s all you need to do:
- If you find damage to the box or product at the time of delivery, open the package while the driver is still there and check it thoroughly for damage. Don’t worry about the driver; it’s your right to inspect your shipment.
- Take photos of the damaged areas. In order to help, we must receive photos of damaged areas within 24 hours after delivery.
- Make a note on the delivery ticket and contact us right away at (912) 335-4445.
- Send the photos you took of the damage to our customer service team at [email protected].
- Keep the packaging and all packing materials no matter what condition they’re in.
How Can I Track My Order?
If you’re looking for an update on the shipping timeframe of your order, please note that all order status and order adjustment requests will need to be sent to our Order Status Inbox by sending any email to [email protected]. This inbox is monitored directly by our Order Processing Team and will ensure the fastest and most accurate response time.
All requests will be responded to no later than the end of the next business day from the time the email was received. Additionally, all order status and/or order adjustment requests emails must include the Order Number, Best Contact Phone Number, and a Short Description of the reason for the outreach.
Please note that any order adjustment or cancellation requests are not considered final until you receive confirmation back from our team within that 24-hour period.

Split Shipment Requests
If your order contains several items, we typically wait until all of the items on your entire order is out of production and in-stock before shipping it out to ensure one delivery fee and delivery date. However, depending on the items ordered, you may be able to request a split shipment if you’re in need of a specific item(s) more quickly than the other longer lead time items on your order. Please note, this may incur additional shipping fees, so please give us a shout at (912) 335-4445 to request a split shipment shipping quote for the most accurate shipping cost.
Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii
We strive to offer affordable and competitive delivery options for everyone who shops with us. Orders shipping to remote or less populous locations outside of our standard service area (i.e. – Alaska, Hawaii) are subject to order-by-order evaluation and may incur additional shipping fees over the website’s listed shipping calculator due to shipping software integration limitations. If ordering to ship to either Alaska or Hawaii, we highly suggest giving us a call at (912) 335-4445 to speak directly to a product representative who will be able to provide the most accurate shipping fee and lead time to your specific area.
Shipping Promotion Policies
For continental US-based shipping destinations, all orders over $5,000 ship to you for free! Please keep in mind that any additional requests (lift gate or residential-based destination) may incur shipping fees.
All free shipping promotions are valid only for shipping within the continental U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. Additionally, any split shipping requests will be ineligible for free shipping promotions.
International Shipments
At this time, standard shipping service is only for U.S. based shipments. However, we do accept order requests for international orders and those are evaluated on an order-by-order basis.
Canada - At this time, we are able to ship to Canada on limited basis depending on the products desired for purchase, as well as the customer’s location. Canada-based orders are evaluated on a case-by-case order, so please reach out to our product sales team for accurate shipping quotes and lead time.
Freight Forwarding To Other Countries - We are able to ship internationally by shipping to your continentally US-based freight forwarding partner. In order to leverage this process, please reach out to our sales team for more information.
